Curved arch steel buildings configured for agricultural equipment storage in Texas

Texas Equipment Storage Complex

Location
Texas, USA
Industry
Agriculture

A family-owned ag operation in central Texas needed covered storage for combines, sprayers, and tillage equipment that could withstand heat, wind, and seasonal storm exposure without the cost of conventional rigid-frame construction. Spanova Global proposed a row of connected arch units sized for drive-through access and individual bay segregation.

Each bay was engineered for equipment hook height and soil bearing conditions found on the customer's caliche pad. Ventilation and end-wall configurations were selected to reduce condensation on stored electronics and cab interiors during humid shoulder seasons. The arch geometry minimized foundation points, which simplified permitting on an agricultural parcel with existing utility easements.

Delivery included pre-punched cladding, labeled bundles for field crews, and remote technical support during the owner's self-perform erection window. The owner now stores high-value machinery under lockable end closures while maintaining clear sight lines across the yard for daily operations.
