A Southeast fabricator expanded in-plant capacity by adding a yard-mounted production line for architectural panels and secondary structural members. The mobile factory system shelters sensitive electronics and coil stock while maintaining crane access along the line's length. Custom manufacturing support included profile development, sample panels for the owner's anchor account, and operator training on changeover procedures between two panel depths. Quality checkpoints mirror Spanova's internal standards for thickness tolerance and coating adhesion.

Integration with the existing rigid-frame building was planned so power, compressed air, and scrap handling could reuse plant utilities. The owner now ships finished panels directly from the yard to job sites across the Carolinas, reducing freight handling and inventory dwell time. Spanova remains engaged for preventive maintenance scheduling and spare-part replenishment.
